Wealthy Data’s cancellation policy

Due to the nature of our services and the fact that they require a lot of communication to understand the exact needs of our clients, also the the fact that they, some times, take few months to understand and arrange everything, before we even get started. Due to all of that, it is of great importance to share the cancellation and refund terms with our clients.
- ​We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made from Wealthy Data, LLC. If you are not satisfied with the product/service that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of signing your agreement/contract with Wealthy Data, LLC. After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.
- The whole process starts with the client signing the agreement. Then the client transfers the money over to Wealthy Data’s accounts, through a variety of ways such as Credit Card payments, Bank Wires, or Paypal Invoices. After signing the agreement and before transferring the money, the client has the right to cancel the deal. The agreement at that point will be terminated, according to the terms mentioned in the agreement.
- After signing the agreement/contract and while the payment is processed { for example : a bank wire that takes few business days to hit } if the client asked to cancel, the agreement will be terminated. Concerning the payment, once it hits Wealthy Data’s accounts, it will be reversed within 3 business days of hitting our accounts, and the client will receive a bank statement or a merchant account receipt showing the reversal of the payment. After that, it is only a matter of time before the payment hits the original bank account it came out from or credit card it belongs to. That time should not surpass 5-10 business days usually.
- After signing the agreement/contract and after a partial payment has been made { for example : the client submitted 2 credit card payments and we’re still lacking 2 more payments} if the client asked to cancel, the agreement will be terminated. Concerning the payment, once it hits Wealthy Data’s accounts, it will be reversed within 3 business days of hitting our accounts, and the client will receive a bank statement or a merchant account receipt showing the reversal of the payment. After that, it is only a matter of time before the payment hits the original bank account it came out from or credit card it belongs to. That time should not surpass 5-10 business days usually.
- After signing the agreement/contract and after submitting the full payment, also before the 30-day mark has hit, if the client asked to cancel or asked for a refund, the contract/agreement will be terminated, according to the terms mentioned in the agreement. Concerning the payment, it will be reversed within 3 business days of receiving the cancellation/refund request, and the client will receive a bank statement or a merchant account receipt showing the reversal of the payment. After that, it is only a matter of time before the payment hits the original bank account it came out from or credit card it belongs to. That time should not surpass 5-10 business days usually
